3 Second Toaster
Want your toast quick? How about 3 seconds, or less?
This is not a joke
I wanted a quick toaster when I was at Brunel University doing Industrial Design. I made a fully working prototype plus an aesthetic model of my design. If anyone wants to mass produce it then together we can be very wealthy and we will never be short of toast.
The design used a number of innovations; it was cheap to run and produce. It uses less power per slice than a normal toaster and is obviously much quicker.
